What is included in your Vacation Rental services?

How much do you charge per hour ?
Our approach is focused on flat-rate pricing, depending on the number of rooms & size of your house, and the frequency of your recurring cleaning. You can create your custom estimate here in a minute and select add-ons (deep-clean, windows, laundry, etc) and a recurring schedule that will work for you.
Our fixed pricing gives you total peace of mind and guarantees that your house is clean no matter what! You don’t have to wait behind the door to see if the cleaners are really working, or only texting on their phones and charging you by the hour for this…
How does payment work ?
Payment is due 7 days in advance (or there is an extra $100 last-minute fee, up to 48hrs in advance). We only accept online payments with debit/credit card or e-check on our secure website.
For recurring packages, payment will be processed on the day of the booking and then each week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks depending on the options you select, but your subscription really starts on the day of your first appointment, or to be more exact, 7 days before, as mentioned in our terms regarding cancellations.
What if I want a different part of the house cleaned each time ?
When you book your cleaning subscription, simply select the number of rooms & bathrooms that you want to be cleaned every time. It doesn’t have to be the total amount of rooms and bathrooms in the house and we can alternate the cleaning according to your needs.
Cleaning of one kitchen and common areas are included every time in all our house cleanings.
Are non-toxic cleaning products really killing germs?
The products we use are indeed killing all the bad germs, 99.9%, including Salmonella, Staph, Coronaviruses, Rhinoviruses, and so on.
That being said, it’s important to remember that we are all made out of germs and separating ourselves from them would simply mean killing our own bodies! Secondly we really like you, your kids and your pets, and we value our team member’s health more than anything!
There are now countless studies proving the ramifications between bleach & toxic cleaning products, and all sorts of respiratory illnesses, cancers, and other things we really want everyone to stay away from!
What is included in your Residential cleaning services ?
To avoid extra charges on the day of the cleaning, it is your responsibility to input the exact number of rooms on our booking page (any room larger than 50sqft).
The cleaning of one kitchen, one living room, and hallways are included in every house cleaning. Here is an exhaustive checklist of everything we’ll clean for you (and also the stuff we won’t do because of safety or liabilities).
Our cleaners will show up with their own cleaning supplies and equipment. They do not climb on ladders, only step-stool up to 9ft.
To reduce contact risks and liabilities, we require that no one (and no pet) be present in the home while we clean, or our cleaners are required to deny service and charge cancellation fees.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel ?
You can reschedule or cancel your cleaning by contacting office@precision.house
Extra fees apply as follows:
+ $25 if 7 days or more in advance,
+ $100 if less than 7 days in advance.
On top of it; the price difference between full & discounted price will be charges for recurring cleaning plans cancelled after only 1 or 2 cleanings, except if due to a mistake or quality issue on our end. (In that case we will send a cleaner to fix it for free within 24hrs)
Are you doing mold remediation ?
The first thing to say about our mold prevention add-on (at the end of our booking page) cleaning is that WE DON’T do mold remediation. These services are performed by remediation companies and will cost you several thousand dollars depending on the case. (So don’t wait until you get to this point.)
In the occasion where there is a thin layer of mold on a small surface (less than 10 sqft), our cleaners are free to take the initiative to clean it, or not.
We like to take the wiser approach; preventing mold before it appears in visible layers, and making sure it stays that way by implementing a monthly cleaning schedule.
On the North Shore & Upcountry Maui; mold is everywhere in the air and there is no way to keep it out of your home completely. But probiotics can really help! These ‘good germs’ take over the surfaces and stay on after the cleaning, not leaving any space for the bad germs to settle down, they will literally eat them up!
When we are in tune, we stop fighting against mother nature, and instead we work hand-in-hand with her.
