• The sign-up fee is equivalent to the price of one check-out cleaning, and is non-refundable.
• It covers the creation of a customized cleaning checklist, ordering your linens and stocking-up your supply cabinet.
• Please pay your sign-up fee at least 14days before your first cleaning. Paying the fee effectively saves your spot, as we accept only a few new units each month.
• After you pay the sign-up fee, you will get access to your dashboard where you can edit your property info, book or edit your cleanings, send notes to your cleaners, setup your cleaning checklist with pictures, and other useful features.
