Guarantee of service
We only provide CONTACTLESS cleaning services; Please make sure no-one (and no pet) is in the unit when our cleaners arrive and until they are done cleaning, or our cleaners are required to refuse service and charge cancellation fees.
Please leave the door unlocked, or leave the key hidden under the doormat or in a code lock-box. We will text you when the cleaning is done and we will lock the unit as we leave. Please make sure to have your phone with you, in case our cleaners have trouble accessing the unit.
We are confident in our work and we are committed to providing superior service with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please email us pictures and a description of the issue at email@example.com. If it was included in the service and add-ons you purchased, we will send a cleaner to fix it within 24 hours, at no additional charge (or up to max. 48 hours at your request).

Areas of service
We service the Island of Maui; West, South, Central, and Upcountry. We do NOT service East Maui, Kahakuloa, Moloka’i, nor Lana’i.
Extra transportation fees apply for:
- North: Maluhia, Kula, Keokea, Haiku, Huelo
- South: Makena
- West: Napili, Kapalua
We only accept online payments with Debit/Credit card on our SSL encrypted website https://precision.house . Payment for service is due no later than 48hrs before the time of service. Our auto-pay system will charge recurring fees every 1,2 or 4 weeks starting the day of your first purchase (not the day of cleaning), and will send you an automated email receipt (add our email to your contacts so it doesn’t go into spam).
Change & Cancellation
We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice by email at firstname.lastname@example.org (holidays and weekends included). If you need to cancel your recurring subscription or change the frequency of cleaning please visit your account page.
Cancellation fees will be billed as follows:
- We charge the difference between the recurring discount and the full price, plus an additional $25 processing fee, if the recurring plan gets cancelled after only 1 or 2 cleanings.
- $25 fee for one-time cleanings changed or cancelled more than 48hrs in advance.
- $100 fee will be charged: if change or cancellation less than 48hrs in advance, if the cleaner is unable to gain access to the unit, or if the key has not been left in the agreed upon location. Although we totally understand that emergencies arise, repeated cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may lead to cessation of services.
- Full cleaning fee will be billed if our cleaners cannot perform a full cleaning; if the surfaces, cabinets, drawers, or appliances to clean are not cleared, if furniture or belongings have not been removed prior to a move-out cleaning, if the post-renovation contractor or other contracting crew have not completed work according to schedule, if water or power are out, or if any other extraordinary condition beyond our control is preventing our cleaners to reasonably perform their duties.

Confidentiality and Safety
The safety of our clients and cleaners is our first priority, and we also maintain a strict policy regarding privacy. Our cleaners are not allowed to share their personal phone number, nor communicate directly with customers. All complaints or requests for additional services have to be made directly to management at email@example.com.
No one is allowed in the house while we clean, please do NOT schedule other service providers at the same time, or our cleaners are instructed to refuse service and charge cancellation fees.
Any inappropriate behavior or sexual harassment towards our staff will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We request that all floor surfaces needing cleaning be left clear, and that any dangerous object be removed and disposed properly prior to our arrival (broken glass, medical needles,…), so that our cleaners don’t get hurt while working and emptying garbage containers. Please advise of anything in the home that is not working properly (glass shower door falls off hinges when opened, hot water faucet is reversed with cold water, exposed wiring, picture frame is already broken and should not be moved, etc.)
Our cleaners must wear shoes at all times to be in compliance with government safety standards. They aren’t allowed to move objects or furniture, and aren’t allowed to climb on ladders nor perform outdoor window cleaning except if in a safe setting on even ground using a step stool (max. height 9ft).
Please note: Our cleaners are required to refuse service when entering houses with heavily soiled conditions, mold, animal & pest issues, and any extraordinary condition mentioned in our checklist. In that case, 50% of the cleaning fee will be charged ($100 minimum).
Hours of Operation
Our standard hours of operation for Residential cleaning are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (available weekends and Holidays for Vacation Rentals only, case-by-case exceptions for an extra fee of $100).
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 12pm at firstname.lastname@example.org, we may or may not be able to respond to your requests outside of our office hours, depending on our availability.
The only prices valid are the ones displayed on our online store and we reserve the right to modify our pricing at anytime without further notice.

Coupon codes and referral discounts have limited validity, please refer to the particular advertisement for expiration and limitations. We reserve the right to cancel coupon codes & discount offers at any time and without further notice.
Our customers and cleaners aren’t allowed to work together for any type of cleaning services except for services provided by Precision House LLC, and that during the time between the first cleaning and termination of service, and for a period of 2 years after any of the parties terminate their business agreement with Precision House LLC. By clicking to accept our terms, customers agree to pay Precision House LLC a $5,000 compensation fee, if they end up violating this non-compete agreement.
