Payment Options

We only accept online payments with Debit/Credit card on our SSL encrypted website https://precision.house . Payment for service is due no later than 48hrs before the time of service. Our secure online auto-pay system will charge recurring fees depending if you choose monthly, bi-weekly or weekly service. Payment can be accessed at anytime from our website’s footer menu.

When you sign-up, you are given access to your password protected account page where you can modify or cancel your cleaning subscription and billing information at any-time. We never store your debit/credit card data on our servers; all payment information is encrypted and securely maintained on file by Authorize.net during your cleaning subscription (according to our privacy policy).

Cancellation policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice by email at hi@precision.house (holidays and weekends included). If you need to cancel or would like to reschedule your appointment please visit your account page and modify or cancel the subscription or particular booking.

Cancellation fees will be billed as follows:

A charge equal to 50% of the cleaning fee will be charged if the 48 hour cancellation policy is not honored ($100 minimum). Although we totally understand that emergencies arise, excessive cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to cessation of services. 

Full cleaning fee will be billed on the day of cleaning if the cleaner is unable to gain access to the establishment or home, if the key has not been left with the doorman or agreed upon location, if the surfaces to clean are not cleared, if the post-renovation contractor or other contracting crew have not completed work according to schedule, or any other extraordinary condition preventing our cleaning crew to reasonably perform its duties.

Please note: If frequency of scheduled cleaning changes or is reduced (eg. weekly will become monthly only), the fee charged will be prorated and displayed on your account page.

Cancellation of agreement or service

If you would like to cease receiving service temporarily, long-term or permanently, you can do so on your account page.

Confidentiality and Safety policy

The safety of our clients and cleaners is our first priority. We maintain a strict policy regarding the privacy of our customers. We guarantee discretion and do not share information (including but not limited to e-mail, residential addresses, telephone numbers and profiles).

During the cleaning, we do not allow anyone into the residence without explicit direction from our client. We also ask that you inform us by email at hi@precision.house if someone will be in the home working or visiting upon cleaners’ arrival.

We request that all floor surfaces needing cleaning be left clear, and that any dangerous object be removed and disposed properly (broken glass, medical needles,…), so that our cleaners don’t get hurt while working and emptying garbage containers.

Our cleaners must wear shoes to be in compliance with government safety standards. Our cleaners aren’t allowed to climb on ladders nor perform outdoor window cleaning except if in a safe setting at ground level or using poles.

Please note: Our cleaners are required to refuse service when cleaning houses with heavily soiled conditions, mold, animal & pest issues, and any extraordinary condition. In that case, a refund will be issued, after deducting a $100 cancellation fee.

Please advise of anything in the home that is not working properly (glass shower door falls off hinges when opened, hot water faucet is reversed with cold water, exposed wiring, picture frame is already broken and should not be moved, etc.)

Hours of Operation

Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Sunday 8am – 5pm. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 12pm.


The only prices valid are the ones displayed on our online store and we reserve the right to modify our pricing at anytime without further notice.

Our regular discounts are 15% off monthly plans, 20% off bi-weekly, and 25% off weekly plans. Regular discounts can be compiled with other discounts unless mentioned otherwise.

Coupon codes and referral discounts have limited validity, please refer to the particular advertisement for expiration and limitations. We reserve the right to cancel coupon codes & discount offers in case of abuse.
