F.A.Q.

How does the onboarding process work?

Sign-up fee required for all new units

We charge a sign-up fee equivalent to the price of your first cleaning. The fee covers the additional time we will spend deep cleaning your unit during the first service. To confirm our partnership, the sign-up fee has to be paid at least 2 weeks before the first cleaning.

Tell us everything we need to know about your unit

After we confirm the date of your first service, we will need to collect some info about your unit; so our cleaners will know where everything is when they get there. You’ll be able to enter this info for your unit(s) in this form.

 

Do you do back-to-back services?

We require a 10am check-out and a 4pm check-in for any back-to-back service.

Late check-outs and early check-ins are not allowed for back-to-back services and will either; incur up to an extra $100 fee, or delay the check-in time.

What type of linens & supplies are included?

We do provide all linens & supplies. In the case where you want to use your own, you need to provide 3 sets of everything and there is an extra fee for off-site laundry processing, depending on the size of the unit. You can get an estimate here.

Bed sheets: ‘Pizuna Linen’, fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillow cases, white, 400 thread-count, medium-heavy, 100% Long Staple Cotton, made from specially compacted yarns with a sateen weave.

The Long Staple Cotton Soft Sateen Sheets are Sweat Wicking and Temperature Balancing to keep you cool during summer and warm during winters.

These Oeko tex sheets are tested for harmful substances and certified AZO FREE, making it soothing for even the most sensitive skin.

Bath Towels: ‘American Soft Linen’, white, plush, 100% cotton.

These towels contain long loop-pile height which makes them extra fluffy and extremely absorbent.

Our towels are made from cotton grown in the Aegean Region of Turkey’s best quality cotton. These towels will give your body a delicate touch as if you were in a luxurious spa!

Beach Towels: ‘Costco’ Cotton/Polyester, white and colored stripes.

Bathroom Floor Mats: ‘Mayshine’ Non-slip Chenille, Microfiber, Charcoal Grey.

Kitchen Towels: ‘Cotton Craft’ 100% cotton, Charcoal Grey.

We recommend that you place your own sheet sets as spares in each bedroom closet, as well as a set of your own backup bath towels in the bathroom cabinets. To avoid confusion with our white linen, it is better if your sets are colored fabrics, they should be labeled with the unit code we will assign in your online booking portal. Please store them in closed bags or boxes that we can seal with a sticker to be sure they are still clean.

 

How does the off-site laundry service work if I want to use my own linen?

You need to provide us with 3 sets in good condition for every item. Loads that include your linen and have to be processed off-site will be charged extra depending on the size of your unit. You can get an estimate below.

Will you report if something is broken or not working ?

When we enter each unit, we perform a quick inspection, and we will text you pictures immediately if anything is damaged or heavily soiled.

What if there is a last-minute change or cancellation?

You can book or cancel a cleaning up to 7 days in advance

If a booking, change, or cancellation happens after that deadline; we will almost always be able to honor it, up until 48hrs in advance, and we will charge a $100 last-minute fee.

What are your safety requirements?

To prevent risks both for our staff and our customers; all our cleanings are contactless. Please make sure no one and no pet is present in the unit while we clean, or request a special exemption from our Manager.

Can you change light bulbs or batteries?

Because of liabilities, training, and quality; our cleaners are only focusing on cleaning.  For maintenance, we recommend you get in touch with a professional handyman service. Our preferred partner on Island is www.maui-handyman.com

 

How does it work if a guest is still in the unit when the cleaners arrive?

After a 15min grace period; we will charge a prorated fee ($90/hr) for the time our cleaners have to wait to access the unit. If our cleaners are not able to access and have to leave to clean another unit; we will charge a $100 flat-fee.

We recommend you include this $100 late checkout fee in your terms & communication with the guest so you can be covered.

If your guests ask for late checkouts or early check-ins; please note that they are not allowed for back-to-back services. We require a 10am check-out and a 4pm check-in for any back-to-back service.

What if my guests are sensitive to chemicals?

As part of our Company’s founding values; we pledge to be as Eco-friendly as possible.

Since our founding, we researched different products and selected only the best non-toxic products to clean just about any surface in your home, and keep our customers’ families and pets as healthy as possible, as well as our staff.

How does it work if a guest is positive to a virus?

We kindly ask that you inform us about it before the cleaning, so our cleaners can take extra precaution and grab additional PPE. We are equipped with full-body suits and respirators, and we can perform cleaning and disinfection tasks even when the unit is occupied; as our EPA certified disinfectant against corona and rhinoviruses is non-toxic and even certified food-safe.

How does it work if a guest gets really messy?

First of all, don’t worry too much; because it very rarely happens. If anything is heavily soiled or damaged; our cleaners will text you pictures immediately. If our linen or supplies are damaged or missing, we will charge your credit card on file for the cost of replacing these items, and you can then charge the guest for it through your OTA booking platform.

Do we need to sign a long-term contract?

We believe in the quality of our services and we are sure you will love them! We rather leave you free to move at anytime. Just give us a 30 days notice and return our supplies & linen promptly, and we won’t charge any cancellation fees.

Can you be my on-Island contact?

Sorry we do not provide on-island agent services.

Can you do window, carpet, upholstery, or ventilation cleaning?

We do interior and exterior windows that are safely accessible with a stepstool (up to 9ft). We wash the windows & screens as part of the deep-clean service. All new units have to get a deep-clean on the first service, and after that we require a deep-clean service every 2-3 months.

We do NOT provide; carpet cleaning or duct/AC/vent cleaning at this time.
